No Hands Found

Hi,

I currently have a HEM2 database w/ around 45k hands. However, sometimes when I open up HEM2 I get the screen saying 'No Hands Found'. I also noticed the last time I was playing it wouldn't refresh and update my winnings total as I played. Any idea why this could be? Sometimes I open the database and every thing is fine. Not sure why?! Please help

I hae recently updated my antivirus from Kaspersky to Avira. Could this have something to do with it? And if so, how do I get everything working again HEM-wise?

Add postgres.exe and port 5432 to the exceptions list of Windows Firewall (even if it's turned off) and Avira.

Which Operating System, Firewall are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
