Default ZOOM HUD - stats in wrong seats with .7995

So along comes another release to inconvenience me again. Now my Zoom stats are all in the wrong seats and on regular tables they are in the right seats. I sit in seat 3 on a 6 max table and this is configured correctly in HM and Stars client.

What can i do? I don't want to have to reposition all my panels again and i don't want to delete my stars user.ini file. I have spent a long time setting up my layouts/hotkeys etc.

We are working on getting another update out asap to improve the new auto-center support that is causing the problems for some.

For now you can rollback to 7990 and disable auto-center in the stars client or try the following instructions:

*Note: If you have more than 1 pokerstars.xx client installed you need to do to make sure the auto-center or preferred seating options are the same in all installed ps.xx clients - 02.16.2014-14.11.43 - fozzy71's library

Once you do that it should set the HM2 > Site Setup > Preferred Seating options accordingly.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Configure your poker client preferred seating accordingly.

    1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
    2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
    3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

Do you have more than one stars install location? Did you ever before? Check for .eu, or any other country's software installation. If you are not playing on more than one, uninstall the other, and delete the c:\user\username\appdata\local\pokerstars.xx folder for that corresponding version and delete the c:\programfiles folder for that version. If you previously had one installed, check in the appdata folder - there probably is still a folder. Delete any for sites you no longer use.

If you play on multiple sites, make sure they have the same seat preferences set and Please turn off auto center in Stars' options, for all seats. Please see this:

If you still encounter a problem, close HM and Stars. Add the Stars appdata folder from above to these steps as well:

Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks:

    Delete the c:\programfiles\pokerstars\user.ini file.

Now restart Stars and make sure your seats are assigned. Then, open HM2. If the site setup has preferred seating set, then all is well.

Thank you for your help. I have tried all of this and it is still not working. I even deleted my user.ini file even though i was very reluctant to do so. Also, i only ever play on .com

It was all working fine until .7995 and now even rolling back isn't working. I will just wait until the next release and hope it fixes it. I repeat though that regular tables are working just fine and zoom issues only started in .7995, so this should tell you something.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I fixed this again today setting the permissions for the folders - poker stars and holdemmanager appdata folders.

Then, set the seat in Stars - it was set.

I got rid of extra stars install folders.

    Then opened HM2.
