Make sure that the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Min hands: is set to '0'.

Make sure that the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Min samples: is set to '0' for each and every stat in your HUD.

Make sure that your HUD Options > HUD Filters are all set to '2 to 10' and the HUD Options > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

See these FAQs for more info:

Try editing/adjusting the max replayer hands value in the Replayer HUD Options menu:

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters.

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'.

Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name along with the other files/pictures asked for.

The problem is only with my own hud, i have 50/150hands only in my hud on the replayer but i have 250k hands played this year, not makes sense...

    things you've said are well.

"Make sure that the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Min samples: is set to '0' for each and every stat in your HUD."

I will not remove the minimum sample size of stats, works perfectly with everyone, you may not be my problem, I just want to see my own hud.

    I sent the email.

    Kind regards,

    I just responded.

The overhang is set to 5000. It needs to be at 90 or less.

I did not see a new log file.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

Also, send the new screenshot of the options. Did you set the overhang for the correct HUD?

hey don't know if i can help but i wanted to review hands that were pretty old and they wouldn't appear in the replayer. So i went to hud settings>hud filters>and changed the default 6months to 12 months and it worked

Please run maintenance on the DB.

    1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

    2) Click the maintenance tab.

    3) Click the Full radio button.

    4) Click the Optimize button.

Does it happen with the default hud?
