HM2 HUD-Stats are loading pretty slow into the HUD/many orbits delay

I just got a bunch of problems with my HM2. this is my system:


Holdem Manager 2, newest version

NoteCaddy newest version

Win 7 64 bit

8gb RAM

1tb HDD (new)

intel i7 2600

geforce 560ti

11gb database

Avira freeware (former kasperksy, switched to Avria, doesnt solved any problem), did the exception guide here in the forum, doesnt solved anything in kaspersky


Problem 1) The HUD-Stats are getting loadet with a huge delay (sometimes many orbits) it seems like HM2 is just to slow to load the HUD stats into the HUD in time


Problem 2) The performance is reaaaaaally bad. Sometime the program just stucks like hell, my whole pc freeze out and I cant do nothing. I just reinstalled my whole pc and formated the HDD. I even switched from my SSD to the normal HDD to make sure the SSD isnt demolished or something. but the problem is not my HDD, the problem is HM2.

Problem 3) Notecaddy doenst do a a thing. I just bought notecaddy-advantage pacage and installed it correctly via guide. but it the program doesnt do anything. "Gathering hands to be imported, this could take several minutes" takes around 15-20 minutes, after that, this happens: screenshot



it doesnt do anything, i watched it 30min or something.

I even "tuned" my postsql, I changed the rates to: (got that tip from another forum)

shared_buffers = 128MB
effective_cache_size = 512MB

okay, problem 3 just solved himself. i just started my pc this morning and it worked. problem 1 and 2 is still active ;(
