No hud on Pokerstars

    Default No hud on Pokerstars

    Hi,

    I've updated Pokerstars software and HM2 and I have a problem.
    Since then I've got no hud playing. I've got a hud in replayer mode.

    The hands are imported but there are no stats in hud:



    I've tried following advices:

    1. Is the poker client saving HH's to your computer? 2. Is the client's HH folder listed in the HM2 Auto Import file list? 3, 4,5. - As i said hands are imported properly. I've got my hud in replayer mode.

    Please remove c:\hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive - DONE

    Still i don't have hud - please help.

    Do you have the same issue playing non-zoom, on a regular cashgame table?


    Try creating a new empty database, and reimport some recent hands.

    The same issue on regular and zoom tables.
    I did all of the above and nothing has changed
    the only thing isn;t working is hud during game. HM shows last hands as shown on the picture.
    As i wrote hud is working on replayer mode.

    I've just send my log file.

    It started to work but it takes sometimes 10 hands to work properly.
    Can i do sth to improve it?

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

    If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

    Please reproduce the problem and attach:

    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.

    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
