    Default EV adjusted not working correctly - ipoker super turbo HU

    Ive just installed the latest version of HEM2 (v7785) and the all in ev adjusted doesn't seem to be working correctly for Ipoker Super Turbo Heads Up SNGs.

    Is this a known issue? Is there a current fix?

    Not sure what the issue is 100% but the EV is not tracking correctly. I have way too many completed perfect $EV tourneys. From experience from the Poker Stars HU hyper SNGs its very rare that winnings = $EV. Yet on Ipoker every tourney I win results in exact $EV=the payout.


    cEV Diff seems to be tracking correctly but it's not translating over to $EV Diff. In losing matches the $EV Diff is only done on the last hand and is not accumulatively tracked through the tournament.


    Also on winning tournaments there seems to be no $EV diff calc done at all.

    This is a known bug affecting HU SNGs.

    any update on ETA for this fix. Its a pretty important function, the most important outside the HUD anyway.

    Perhaps you could do weekly bug fix releases so people don't have to wait so long for the more simpler bug fixes.

    EV is certainly not the most important issue after HUD issues. There are many other issues that rank higher when we are assigning priorities for our developers. There are a lot of things that go in to assigning priority such as percentage of customers affected, whether it affects live play or review, etc. We can not do weekly releases with a small number of fixes as each release requires a huge amount of hours from our internal testers so it is better if we do larger releases every 3 or 4 weeks to help maintain internal testing costs.

    This issue was not able to be fixed as part of the ticket previously mentioned as that was a site specific fix for full tilt. I wrote a new ticket with your hands specifically for ipoker.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-7139

    I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
