Possible to open HEM 2 without an Internet connection?

I'm often without an Internet connection. During these times, the most productive thing for me to do is to review my HEM2 database, unfortunately I can't because I can't even open it...unless I'm missing something. I should only have to verify my license once.

This is a known issue.

I do not have an ETA on the timeline for this being fixed.
