New to Holdem Manager 2

Hi Guys,

I recently Bought HM2, I've installed it and I'm a little lost on how it works. A few of the problems I'm having:

1. when i sit at a table the names don't line up and when I do line it up the after the hands don't line up ( I've looked everywhere how fix this)

2. Any good advice on how to use HM2 or videos online that people know of
