Question about seing only hands played during the week

Is there a filter which allows to get all played hands during the week without saturday / sunday?

There is no filter. But you can use the Reports > More Reports > DateTime > Time - Day of Week. Otherwise you can use the Filters > Date Range > Custom... > Set for a week Mon-Fri.
