Create Blank pop up with hm2 new default layout

Hi, There's a way to create a blank pop up but with the new layout without set every row and column one by one?Also for the title of the stats that we want to insert in the popup? I can't see any shortcuts that allow to do this in some few clicks...am i wrong?

has a blank popup in popup designer. You can duplicate it and create new popups based off the layout.
