HUD not showing all hands

Hello,

I've played 300k+ hands in the last 12 months but no matter what's the number i put on the "Filter by date" on "HUD Filters" it only shows me has having 10k hands 6max when I'm reviewing hands. I can only assume that it's not showing all hands (or even most hands) of the other players. Why is this?

In the replayer---> click on the settings--> change the max number of hands in replayer to 0.

I have that option on zero.

Could this be related to my software being still on trial mode?

No, there are no limitations to the trial mode.

hud options--> hud filters--> set the last number of months filter to "48" (48 months)
use last hands also to 0 (0 = all hands)

Turn on mix fast poker and standard hands... turn on includes hands from other limits.
Are you using either a number of players filter or a stacksize filter (hud options--> tournament filters)

I have done everything you said. On HUD Filters I set the months to 48 and have includes hands from other limits and mix fast poker and std hands togheter on and I have "0" on "Use last hands".

I usually use number of players filters (e.g. when 6 players on table i use from 6 to 6 players). But I reset all these to the 2 to 10 players and now on HUD it shows up 20k hands, which it's still very low since as I said I have many more hands on my DB. Regarding tournament filters I haven't changed anything, since I only play cash.

Open your holdemmanager.config file in

with notepad (or better yet, notepad++)

Find this line:

<Key Name="MaxHandsForPlayerInHUD" Value="0" />

In the general section (around line 24 in notepad++)

Change it to 0 to show all hands.

Make sure you close HM2 first, then save and reopen after altering.

The value was already 0. It still doesn't work :|

I had similiar problem. I import hands from other players (to had more info on regs), but one of the other players had played more hand than me. In the HUD Hm2 shows only the hands from the current session for the other player. I think HM2 choose which players is Hero depending ot number of the hands (it is logically the hero to had most played hands).

Can I solve this problem without deleting hands for this other player?

The problems we have are different. I don't see the hands from the session. I have ~300k hands on my database and on HUD it only shows 10922 hands when playing 6 max with filters from 6 to 6 players and 20 000 w/ filters from 2 to 10 players. And this doesn't change from one day to the other (e.g. yesterday I played 2k hands and today it still only shows 10922 hands), so I don't think it has anything to do with time filters (also i've tried changing them all the ways possible and it's always the same).
Also every player in my database with 20k+ hands shows on HUD with exactly 20000 hands no matter how many they have ...

Is it possible for someone from support to look into this by team viewer?

Please click on 'Settings' in the Replayer Summary HUD at the top of the Replayer to bring up the Replayer settings. Change the Max Replayer Hands to a greater number than 20k.
