have hem2 and hem1. hand histories are properly saved, they show up on the software but my HUD does not show up on the tables...

downloaded the latest hem2 update. still not working >.<
if i do table finder it will load my hud setup but it will give imaginary values
i downloaded the hem2 client. still not working properly. i tried re installing 888 poker. still not working properly.
i tried table finder and it works sometimes and is buggy as hell. for example i use table finder it loads my hud setup but it would give 4 hadns played even if i havent played a single hand yet. can i have your skype contact so we can go on teamviewer for this?
also tried the much newer version and its still not working

HUD issues on the new Pacific tables is known and has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.
The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5936. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

how long does it take to usually resolve a problem like this? im concerned if im the only one experiencing it, it make take awhile before you release a fix :/
You are not the only customer with this problem. We currently have about 12 customers on the ticket to notify when it is eventually resolved.
I can't give an eta because we are in the middle of a major update that has already been delayed for multiple reasons. I am not sure if this bug fix will make it into this release but you will be notified when it is fixed and sent a download link.
