partypoker emailed hands won't import (in hem1 or 2)

hi, i got disconnected from party on my during a big hand on my desktop (on which I use hm2). immediately logged on my laptop and completed the hand, as well as ~30 others, but HEM1 didn't log any of them. party emailed me the HH's but those aren't importing either.

With HM2 i've found that copying the emails into a notepad file and saving as UNICODE encoding works. It works for me anyway.

Are these hands sent as .RTF files? We have an open ticket for this already.

HM-1924: Add support for Party .RTF hands sent from support

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-1924 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email and attach some recent hands that they sent to you via email in their original format so we have a wide variety of sample hands to test once implemented by the developers.

No, the hands are sent via email in plain text. I copy them into notepad and save the file as a text document (tried normal and unicode). Strangely, it imports 90 out of the 100 hands, but the hand in the OP is one of the ten. I tried importing the hands into a new DB and got the same effect: 90 of the 100 hands imported. I can send you the text document in a PM or email if you want.
