Thread: HM2 wont start

    Default HM2 wont start

    Hello,

    After I have reinstalled my HM2 I won't start. My HM2 start loading database and when it is ready, a second windows is showing - "Holdem Manager 2 Error Report". There are two options - 1.Restart my PC and 2. Reinstall HM2, neither work. I will attach you reports log.log29.06.2012(BiGb1rD).txt

    The reasons for reinstalling were:
    1. The software start from second attempt. My first try attempt lead me to a crash, but second was ok.
    2. I have issue with copying poker hands. I was receiving the following message: "error parsing hand"

    What I did during my reinstall:
    1. Uninstall HM2
    2. Download HM2 version + last update. Install them both.
    3. I have change my serial number from my account.
    4. Try to start the HM 2, but have the mentioned problem

    Please rename the files c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\holdemmanager.co nfig and holdemmanager.config.bak or move them to a different folder.
    Restart HM2 and check your configuration. Does it work now?

    Unfortunately it doesn't work.

    Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe


    set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)
