zoom hud not showing

hi, i checked your faq, got everything set up, both programs running as admin, zoom hands are being imported, but the hud won't show. hands are imported + hud is working for regular tables. any ideas ? printscreen attached

Hi i downloaded this update but although it now imports the HUD only updates for the first 2 hands. This is on pokerstars.es ZOOM.

I tried this again after a database vacuum and it ALWAYS works for exactly 2 hands. Bizzare

Hi. Thanks but i did read that. I should make it clear.
It only happens on ZOOM and works fine on normal cash games.
The hands are getting imported but it's just the HUD which doesnt update.
I have the pokerstars.es lobby in English as that is my native language.

me too have that´s problem, but only with zoom. regular tables works normal. at zoom hud run but don´t read stats. only reads the first 2 hands of each table. i tried this steps but i can´t find solution
new database--- still no run
move history folder and then create new history folder----- still no run
copy file BLITZ.dll (i used at PS.com) in HM2 program files ----- still no run
i don´t have any idea what´s up. of course i have PS lobby in english
and PS.exe, PSupdate.exe and HM2 runs by admin

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

OS is Win7 32 bit. All steps above implemented but still EXACTLY the same behaviour.

I'd just like to reiterate this ONLY happens with ZOOM.

I have the same problem.

I use pokerstars.es, HUD with normal tables runs fine, but in zoom games HUD only refresh in the first two hands, after them the same stats remain fixed all the time
