    Default Ongame software freezes when HM2 hud is running

    ...it happens in about two minutes always.
    I tried stoping several programs to find the reason and it looks like its due to the HM2 HUD.
    I play in pokeridol and I use a skin from ongamemod.com

    Any ideas?

    Do you have the same issue not using a skin?


    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

    Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    I use Windows 7 and his firewall. I have the same problem without the skin.
    I did the rest of the things you said and it still freezes after two minutes.

    It only freezes when the HUD is working.
    When it freezes the HM2 also stops working. If I close the client in the task manager then HM works again.
    I tried reinstalling the poker client, but still nothing.

    When it freezes, please sent your full log.txt file, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

    Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager
