    Default Window layout issue for NoteCaddy in HM2

    If I'm working on a note definition or something similar and I move out of NoteCaddy back to HM2 report for example, when I get back to my NC screen I can't access anything at the bottom of that screen.

    There is no scroll bar and I can't seem to move to the Save buttons etc. I use a laptop so the screen isn't huge, any idea why this might be happening?

    Which resolution does your laptop use? If possible, please provide a screenshot of this happening so I can better understand it.

    1366x768 (recommended)

    As you can see, at the bottom I can't see the buttons to run tests etc. Normally there should be a scroll bar on the right hand side, but sometimes it isn't visible. I know this happens for the Test, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it for other screens too.

    I have the same problem.
    I use a laptop with the same resolution.

    I haven't found any solution that doesn't lead to other horrific consequences. Try not running hm2 completely maximized. It can take up the whole screen but not actually maximized. Maybe that helps

    I have tried all different combos but nothing works apart from closing down Hm2 and opening it again. I think it's the HM2 container that it sits in that is overlaying your window. Speak to HM2 people??

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5242: NoteCaddy:UI cut off in 1366x768 resolution.

    I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
