HEM2 Installation Issue: "Valid License Not Found"
I'm installing HEM2 on my wife's machine and we keep on getting the error: "A valid license for Hold'em Manager was not found. Hold'em Manager will now exit." It appears after the "Art + Science of Winning at Poker" screen but before HEM2 actually loads and can prompt for anything. Any info much appreciated, thanks.
Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using on this computer?

please email your Reg.log file from the
Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ folder
XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager folder.

Windows 7. Windows Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials with both currently disabled. What email should I send that file to?

any fix for this? i've just updated to the latest version and am getting this error. win 7, avast antivirus and MbAM

Hey, read the FAQ, nothing worked, but I did find a different thread regarding this issue and found this:
this worked insofar as I'm not getting the error now, but HEM just hangs on this screen:Also please try this:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

I'm gonna try to uninstall/reinstall and see where that gets me.
