In Stars non-Zoom table, my stats show as -/-/-/-

In *non-Zoom* tables, my alias appears but all my other stats show as -/-/-/-
Stats for all other players are displayed correctly.

In the hand replayer, however, they are correctly displayed.

Other info:
I recently upgraded from HM1 to HM2.
I am running HM2 2.0.0.6534 on WinXP.
I am playing Stars NLHE 6max tables.
HUD options > Stat Appearance > Display for Hero box is checked

Any hints on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is hm-4439. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Do you have any HUD Options > HUD filters set?

HUD Options > HUD Filters remain default settings:
- all hands newer than 12 months old
- filter # players set to 2 min, 10 max for all
- include hands from other limits
- mix Zoom and non-Zoom
- use last 0 hands (= all)

Close HM2

Delete the prefs.xml file in the Config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework

and download the NET installer and run it

In your Control Panel make sure Windows and the Microsoft .NET Framework is fully updated again until 'No New Important Updates are Found', including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser). Please bear in mind this may require more than one restart of your PC.

Reinstall the latest HM2 and import your custom HUD's.

I followed DogNamedBluff's instructions regarding .NET reinstall. Per Patvs, I also upgraded to v2.0.0.6545.

Now, stats for villains on non-Zoom tables are functional. Hero stats seem semi-functional -- only a fraction of hero's hands show in comparison to the total number played (e.g. villains show 30 HHs while Hero only shows 3 hands). On Zoom tables, Hero stats don't appear. See screenshot:

BTW, I noticed that on non-Zoom my alias reads "YesT"
while on the Zoom table, my alias reads "Y\/e"

I use the backward slash "\" and forward slash "/" in my PS alias. Is this a source of problems? I can see that the auto import is not picking up my HH files when I use Hand Importing > Manual Hand Import > Import File > and look here: Local Disk (C > Program Files > PokerStars > HandHistory > YesTANGUY [sic*]

* my PS alias is Y\/esTANGUY

This is a known issue caused by the / \ characters, also affecting < > ?.
This will be fixed in one of the next updates.

I upgraded to v2.0.0.6582. When playing Zoom tables, I continue to experience Hero stats showing -/-/-/-. The Hero's HUD stats show correctly on non-Zoom tables *and* when replaying Zoom hands in the replayer. I note that, as before, in the HUD on non-Zoom tables and in the replayer my alias shows as "YesT" while when playing live on Zoom tables, my alias is displayed as "Y\/e".

Any help / advice on this topic would be appreciated.
