    Default Can't import PT3 exported Boss Media hands

    I wanna move from Poker Tracker 3 to HEM 2, so I exported all my database from PT3. But in HEM2 I cannot import hands from IPN network (Boss Media Network). Boss Media is my primary site, so I really need those, any suggestions?

    Thanks a lot

    Try to find archived hands, original ones from boss media.

    I do not have them anymore.
    I think they are deleted as Poker Tracker 3 moves them to "Processed" folder

    HM2: database--> import--> import the entire PT3 database

    well, I tried it that way you proposed. I re-installed completely Poker Tracker 3, re-imported all my hands (about 600k hands - imported about 2 hours to PT3).

    So I started HEM2 and tried to import the whole database. Now I can see "Please be patient, import in progress". And now it lasts for 16 hours. How can I recognize there is actually anything happening or not? Because it look like nothing is happening...

    Check in Windows Task Manager is HoldemManager.exe is using 20% CPU activity.

    Which PostgreSQL version were you using with PokerTracker? 8.4?

    Can't HM2 import them from the Poker Tracker 3's "Processed" folder?
    Email us such a handhistory

    Or does PT3 offer another way to EXPORT the handhistories?

    I do not have any files in "Processed" folder. I guess PT3 moves there files only exactly in the time he is importing hand "live" from Boss Media application.

    PT3 offers just hand export into files (which I cannot import into HEM2) and I also cannot import the whole database from PT3.

    I e-mailed my whole handhistory and some examples to support. The handhistory is quite easily readable for me, so I can't imagine why is it so hard not to read them by HEM.

    Looks like I chucked away my money for product which is completely unusable for me
