What is the status of internal ticket hm-4089?

We can't reproduce that bug. And the user that initially reported it, claims it's fixed by
"switching on Hero Mucked Cards solved the problem.
Hero Mucked Cards seems to work like a force command I think because yet the board and heros cards are shown on every hand"
