Hey guys,

PC crashed during a session and when I restart I get the Error Report window thrown. I checked out the log:

Does anybody know how to fix this?

So far I've searched the other 'root element missing' threads, and deleted different files that have been suggested to be deleted in those. I also tried reinstalling HM2 but that was no help. What is my next move?

I missed a thread about this exact issue, in case anybody finds this thread searching for the same issue here is the resolution:

Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR DATABASE AND CONFIG FOLDER in
7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
