Freeze on Startup

I know on this computer the HM2 version must be a month or more old, I am getting a freeze on the startup screen that says "The Art + Science of Winning Poker".

It has been on that screen for over 20 min now.

Windows 7 64x
4 GB ram
2 x 250 GB HDs
Dual core Turion AMD

Not sure of HM2 version... but the main exe file is from 9/6/2011

If it still freezes, we need a log file to determine what is going on, since we can't see without one:
