Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
I've reinstaled HEM but I have a different problem now. I seem to have lost my license number. How can i attain it again? I even have the second license unused.
In Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software my account, licenses section, reset the profile for it and your license # is there.
I'm sorry but there is no licenses section in my account section. There is only a "upload license code" section. :S
