errors during activation???
Hi guys,
The program has been working perfectly lately until it asked me to activate HM. When i click activate online i get this:
There were errors during activation. you can retry activating online or go back and try another method. if problems persist please contact customer sevice.
So annoying especially since i have install absolutely nothing of late..

Is this HM1 or HM2?
HM 1, sorry posted in wrong area.
Deleted that file as u requested and uninstalled/reinstalled hm again but the activate your software screen comes up again
I'm not understanding - you have to put in your license and activate it to use it.
Are you talking about the error? Look me up on skype - udbrky - to sort it out.
when i press "Activate online now. Requires an active Internet connection"

Nothing wrong with my internet!, i have also added u on skype
