Full Tilt Update causing HUD/Importing issues
Here is an Alpha version for a fix for FTP Cash and Rush games.
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe
IMPORTANT: This is an alpha build that has not received the normal testing a beta build would receive before we make it available to the public. We are releasing this earlier than usual to make sure that people get a fix for the Full Tilt Poker Update that broke importing and the HUD.
**We recommend only using this for Full Tilt Players that play cash games**
Tournaments still have issues that may require a re-import if you do use this build. We are doing our best to get a tournament fix out as soon as possible but the updates for tournaments were more significant and will need some additional time.
If you do not play on full tilt then it is highly recommended not to download this version and wait for the next beta version.
Known issues are:
- Tournament stats just stay on 0
- On tournament HUD's the hero stats is showing cash stats
- Tournament Hands do not work in the hand viewer or re-player
- Isolated report of Rush Omaha (Cash) mixing in NL hands were still investigating
- First hand of tournament not importing
*** Update 10May2013: Rush Hands Problems ***
We have done some testing and it's looking like there are some problems with Rush hands on Full Tilt's side. There are a decent % of hands missing from the hand history folder and we have also seen some corrupt hands.
Full tilt used to write a single file for each rush table you were playing at the same time but now it's merged them all into one single file and it looks like there are some problems with it. If they are not writing some hand histories, and corrupting some of the ones they do write, this is out of our control. I would suggest informing Full Tilt and requesting they resend the hands and try re-importing them.
If you find valid hand histories in the file which are not importing please let us know ASAP and send the hand histories to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
Update 13th May
We are currently doing internal testing on a fix for importing errors with rush hands some people are reporting but its important to note that FTP also have a bug where many rush hands are not importing or being corrupt and they have said they expect a fix for that on Tuesday but you'll need to contact them for more information on that.
While we are continuing to make progress on the tournaments issue its a bit tricky but we expect to have something soon and will update asap.
Once we have finished with the HM2 updates then we will also apply the fixes to HM1 and in fact we have already made some progress on that already.

HM Cloud (the newest version of Hold'em Manager) Released To Alpha Testers.
We are excited to introduce online poker players to the world's first cloud based hand database with an integrated remotely hosted heads-up display.
Get access and learn more about HM Cloud HERE.
You can ask questions and discuss it in our HM Cloud Forum.

You don't need to install a database because hands are not stored on your computer. HM Cloud also doesn't rely on your computer to perform a single calculation or retrieve any statistics on you or your opponents. Because of this, the RAM (memory) and CPU (processing) required by HM Cloud on your computer is amazingly small.
An HM Cloud local client you install on your computer only performs two functions: (i) it forwards new hand histories received to HM Cloud and (ii) it receives updated HUD data from HM Cloud and displays it on your tables.
“Why Use HM Cloud?”
Simple
Limited configuration is required for HM Cloud and you do not need to install a local database.
HM Cloud can be up and running in a couple of minutes for both your in-game HUD and post-game analysis.
Intuitive
Easy to understand, HM Cloud is designed to provide you with intuitive visual feedback whether you are new to online poker or a pro.
Portable
Any internet connected device, including tablets, can access the HM Cloud game analysis tools breaking down hero or villains play.
Universal
HM Cloud game and opponent analysis tools are not restricted to certain operating systems because it’s browser based. Planned for a future release, HM Cloud will be MAC compatible.
Minimal CPU/Memory Required
HM Cloud servers process all stat calculations when hands are imported. Because of this, a minimal amount of memory or processing power is required of your local computer
* During internal testing we had 16 live tables running using HM Cloud and experienced no lag while leaving a very small CPU and RAM footprint (in some cases smaller than the actual PokerStars client).
* The Alpha release only supports PokerStars cash games and has limited stats and reports. But the goal was to get something in front of HM customers and based on their feedback determine the priorities for future development.
* You can read more about HM Cloud and get answers to many of your questions HERE. You can also add yourself to the wait list for future release of the Alpha version to more users.
