Is it possible to make it work on tables with the same name? It is a problem here in .it where we have not much traffic and we can't avoid such tables. I know PT4 can do it.
Also, is it possible to make it read from the hand history on the table to record the mucked cards?

It might be something that is possible now that the companies have merged but we will need to see some new HUD Error Reports, hand histories, screen shots, and log files so we can write it up for the developers to look at.

Please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screen shot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report and please include a link to this forum thread.

If they don't write the mucked cards to the hand history file there is nothing we can do to show them in the software. Ongame, Winning, and a few other networks choose to not write the mucked cards to file unless the player voluntarily shows them when they lose.
