    We already support partouche.fr
    Is .be that different?

    Update to: HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe
Does HM2-6971 import the .be hands?

    I guess its different.

Here in Belgium, only few pokerrooms are legal, like Pokerstars, Golden Palace, Partouche.be, etc..

HM2 is working great with Pokerstars and Golden Palace.

Partouche.be isn't importing any hand at all

Email us a handhistory to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Check if the handhistory formatting is in English... (not in French/Dutch).

Is this "Partouche.be" a PartyPoker clone?
If yes - please try this trick:
uninstall poker client, install it again in English
then play 1 hand - to make sure HH is saved on disk
then manually set path to HH folder in HM autoimport list

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that these files are started as administrator.
    HoldemManager.exe
    HudFuncsApp.exe
    TableScannerDllLoader.exe
    ThirtyTwoBitIPC.exe

Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab (for all users).
Do the same with pokerclient and pg_ctl.exe and postgres.exe in postgresql/bin folder
