Stat suggestion: EV adjusted $ and bb/100 on HUD

Please add the ev adjusted winnings in $ and bb/100 to the hud/popup stat list.
It more accurately reflects player 'true' winrate if sample is big enough.

I've bumped the bug ticket. Ideally every report stat should be available as a HUD stat and as a popup stat (and vice versa).
So these stats should become available as HUD stats (and popups stats) in one of the next updates.
