custom multi tabling report

I'm trying to tweak the multi tabling report to group certain numbers of tables together but I'm confused on how to accomplish this. Basically, I'd like to group 1 tabling through 5 tabling, 6 tabling through 10 tabling, and 11 tabling through 15 tabling instead of having each table 1 - 15 being its own row. I know I need to add a grouping in the report file, but I'm not sure what to put in ... any suggestions?

It is not currently possible to customize the grouping on the reports.
