Hand Viewer - save window position

hey,

if I open the hand viewer it opens everytime next to table
but if I am a multi-tabler I would prefer to have one place where the hand viewer(s) opens for all tables

pls give us the option to save the window position
a and the size (everytime I reopen a hv the size is back to default)
