Graphics missing in Replayer and cant flick through hands

Hello,

My pc shut down due to power cut while i was reviewing some hands and this happenend, tries to reinstall several times and did al the things support said in this post

But still nothing happens, same thing.

Can you please help me with this ?

Close HM2

Please delete:

(In 8/7/Vista): C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Hold'em_Manager\
(In XP): C:\Documents and Settings\{Username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Hold'em_Manager

Just did what u asked and no luck. still the same. Sent the log files. thanks in advance
