Error when clicking on the pencil icon in Hand Replayer to add hand notes

Hi,

I am running HM 2 on a windows 10 system. When I open a hand in the hand replayer, I can replay the hand without problems. However when I click on the pencil icon to add notes for the hand (not the player) the replayer window locks up and so does the HM2 window. When I try to click on either windows 10 plays a tone indicating I can't activate the window. I have to do a CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then use the Task Manager to exit HM2. I tried closing it in the windows bar but it wasn't successful.

I checked for HM2 updates and it indicated that I am running the latest version.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

If you continue to have problems: Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

Also export at least one hand from the right-click menu in the reports that causes this and zip/attach that exported hand.

What are your antivirus and firewall?

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
