certain ACR hands not importing
It seems like this is actually an ACR problem, so I will understand if you guys can't fix this, but I'm hoping =)
Occasionally, hands are not imported and show up as an error. When I review the hand in HEM 2, it will appear to be because one of the player's names just doesn't exist in the HH. It seems to be whenever there's a new player at the table, and it seems to affect that player. For example, in this HH, avetti is a new player:

As you can see, his name shows up for the seat, but after, there's just blank space wherever his name should have an action. I've checked the HH that ACR saves on my computer and they have the same problem, so it looks like it's a saving issue.
Strangely enough, if I open the same HH in the ACR replayer, it looks fine:

So yeah, this looks like it's really an ACR problem and not an HEM problem, but does anyone know how to fix this or is there a workaround you guys can do? Thanks.
