    Default HM2 crashing in the middle of the session

    that's it: the hud stop working, hm2 stop importing hands...

    and when i try to reopen it, it does not open! the only solution is restart the pc.

    i'm using windows10.

    Please give HoldemManager and your site(s) Administrator rights - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Run .exe Files As Administrator (Windows Vista/7 & 8)


    If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
    - Please send a HM2 log file as well.


    When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

    I did everything as you told me and the problem persists.
    what else can we do?

    HM3 is too far from launch? :/

    hey, guys. you're not helping me here.
    I did as you told me and I still can't use my HM2 properly. getting really sick of this mess...

    If I don't get a real solution soon, I'll buy another software like PT4 or H2N.

    HM3 experiences the same problems?

    Please follow the instructions in T270937 and if it doesn't help send us a new set of logs as instructed in that ticket. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/

    I can give you a HM3 Beta trial license when you send us the new logs, just make sure to mention that I offered you a HM3 trial license on the forums so the ticket gets assigned to me.
