hud doesnt show up on winner poker speed tables

hi!
started to play on winner poker but my hud doesnt work on the speed tables. (But it works fine on normal tables on winner poker , and on all tables at pokerstars and titanpoker ) ?? tried table finder and i get the stats for one hand ( assume that it is another table then :-) )

hey ! just an update on the pronlem!
if i run HM2 verson 8385 it works perfect on iron and titan poker on both normal and speed tables. but on winner poker hud doesnt show up on speed tables at all.

if i run newest version of HM2 the hud doesnt show up on titan and iron poker on speed tables. and on winner poker only on one 1 speed table instead of all tables open + delays and put stats in wrong position. if i close the table with the hud . it shows up on one of the other open tables.

what should i do now? im really frustrated. do i need to send the data asked in FAQ and if so while running which version of HM2 ?

The HUD will/should only work on one speed table at a time until IPoker fixes the issues in their client causing this. If you are having problems with the HUD not working properly, or not working at all, when playing a single speed table with the latest beta update we need the logs/files sent as explained in that FAQ:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.


Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.


With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
