Bossmedia.it changed hand history format, can't import anymore

hi,

bossmedia.it just released a major update and changed the hand history format. As a result, hem cannot import hand histories anymore.

I'm emailing you some handhistory file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and I'm asking other italian playeers to do the same so you can have some material to work with, please fix this asap, the pokerroom is quite unplayable right now.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8660

I've been looking through the hand histories myself, and I noticed that (besides other strange design choiches) the holecards are written in an internal format; I wrote down the corrispondences, I know it's not official but I'm 100% sure this is correct. I hope it helps:
