    Default hud aint working at any fast forward tables at bwin premium

    all other tables are working.

    tournaments as well as ring games.

    i already tried all the steps mentioned in the faq

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8592

    I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent. Since this is a new poker client we have to add support for fast forward tables on this new client/skin. It is a lower priority task for our developers than fixing an issue with a site we already supported and as such I can not give any sort of estimate for when it may be resolved. We will notify you via email once we have fixed it.

    Hello,

    The last message on this thread is on 04-11-2015 it's about 5 month !!! For how many time should we wait before you propose the same service as your concurrent. For remind it works fine with PT4. For the same price we do not have the same service so why should we buy HM2 instead of PT4 ?

    Because of the closed nature of the bwin premium site, we are unable to test there and gather the necessary information efficiently. We already added support for bwin premium site some time ago, but they made changes to their client that broke the fast forward support. There are only a small number of customers on that ticket waiting for notification so the priority is currently not very high due to the developers being busy trying to make HM2 and it's apps compliant with the upcoming pokerstars third party tools rules changes that go into effect at the end of this month.
