    Default Incognito tables Winamax

    When playing incognit tables at winamax, i use the sessions stats function to keep track of that single session. The problem is when a player leaves , but the stats say the same, because the name stays the same. What i am asking for, is that the hud resets when a player leaves the table, so i don't keep using stats from the previous one.

    You can reset the stats manually when a new player sits. Double Right-Click on a HUD to reset session stats. (works for hero as well as villain) - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ouse+Shortcuts

    But when multitabling it's very hard to see every player who leaves. Isn't it possible to make this automatic?

    We did this for Prima/Microgaming Anon tables but I am not sure if it is possible for us to do this at winamax/all sites. It looks like we have a request to do this for ipoker's anon tables written so if you want to send us a sample of hands from an incognito table where different players sit/leave we can look to see if it's possible and write it up for the developers if possible.

    Please zip up and email a sample of the hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com


    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.


    When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    It is an open ticket and we can't give an ETA for when/if it might be implemented but it certainly won't be done this quick since this would be considered a feature request/improvement and will be much lower priority than bugs that affect importing/HUD.

    Any updates on this? I have to manually reset the HUD when a new player sits on incognito tables? I'm a little unsure at the moment about this, but are session stats on a per table basis, or are they an amalgamation of all session stats for player 1 on all tables? So say I am playing two incognito tables and use session stats for both player 1s on both tables, is the HUD using an average of the session stats for player 1 on both tables or are those stats independent from one another?

    Sry for hijacking the thread, but since I also have a problem with incognito tables on winamax I figured out it is okay
    On normal winamax cashtables my HEM and HUD are working fine but when I got action at Incognito tables my whole HEM freezes everytime. Im running the latest version of HEM.
    Any help/suggestion for me?

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
