Default Preferred seating changes while playing

In the middle of the session , sometimes , the preferred seating on pokerstars changes from 3 (which is my setting) to 4 or 2 (maybe it's random) and the hud then isn't displayed properly ofc. So far it happened 3 times to me.

Where is it changing? In Stars? In HM? Is this during a table change? A new table?

It changes in HM - site setup.

It happened both with zoom and regular tables. I didn't notice exactly when it changed , just at some point i noticed the stats aren't right.

On zoom tables it could be related to the known issue that happens when the table is not full.

    - Please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
    - Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
    - Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.
    - Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.
    - Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe, holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe and all of the dllhm2 type files on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...7B47%7D7+%26+8

Note, if you are running Windows 8 compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".

If you continue to have problems:

    1) Start HM2 and Export any custom HUD configs - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rashing+Issues

    2) Close HM2.

    3) Please create a backup of your settings and reset your settings as explained here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

    4) Restart HM2

    5) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and double check your auto import and archive folders.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again that you exported in step 2 above. If the problem returns after importing your HUD you know it is a problem with your HUD Config and you will need to recreate it from scratch or import an older backup of the HUD.

If that solves your problems please email us the files you backed up in step 1 of this email by following step 2 in this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

If that did not solve your problems you can restore all of your original settings using the Utilities menu as explained in step 3 of the above FAQ.
