Weird small white window in left up corner

Hi,
I have noticed that weird small white window appears after launching HEM2 in left up corner. I can't minimize it and can't close it. Please look at attached screenshot.

Can you post a screen shot(s) of your task manager > processes list and attach a log file?

Solved!
I Launched NoteCaddy updated my coaching package, reseted all notes and creating new ones and this window disappeared

Unfortunately, that was not a good solution. I turned on computer today and it's still there. I wrote to support.
