bug when I start HM

hello, I have some trouble with HM. I can't use it any more
I have a message when i start hm and it ask sending a error report. i do it and then hm close. I don't know what i can do . i try to delete hm2 and postgre and reinstall but it still not working

please I m waiting for help

RE-Install NET Framework 4.5
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center


1) remove .net 4.5 and make sure error still persists
2) Use this Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center and see effect
