    Default FTP rush HUD not working after latest update

    Hi guys,
    After last FTP update (I did it yesterday) I’ve got problem with hud on rush. Basically I’ve got ‘waiting for hands..’ message. I’ve checked and hands are imported properly to the folder they used to. Please find below my setup:

    It seems to me that the hands are imported properly. The hud is working on normal ring tables and sometimes it’s visible when I sit out on rush (but not working while playing):

    I’m using 2.0.0.8129 version (updated to the newest one and downgraded since no change noted).
    Followed your instructions and:
    1) Please give HoldemManager and Full Tilt Administrator rights:
    Opened as administrator
    2) Add these files to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list:
    I’ve tried shutting down antivirus and nothing changed
    3) Make sure the FTP Lobby > Languages > Language Options are set to English.
    Correct
    4) If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM2s auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM2. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP. So just set it to 0 in HM2 > Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP.

    5) Test the Hud out on a normal table first to verify its working
    Yes, working

    Don't use C:/HM2Archive/Full Tilt as the folder for Full Tilt to save the handhistories.

    (as C:/HM2Archive already is the archive folder... otherwise you'll create an import loop)
    Let Full Tilt save the hands to for example C:/Users/.../Documents/Handhistory: see http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ull+Tilt+Setup

    And add this folder as an auto import folder.

    (the hands will be moved to the archive folder anyway)

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Add fastfold.dll and TiltCommunicator.hm2 to the exceptions list of your antivirus program, see: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...lt+Rush+Tables

    Added to the exception.

    Operating system: Windows 7 home premium
    Antivirus: Eset NOD32

    I've changed also the folder for hand history.
    Unfortunately the hud is still not working.

    oooh that's weird. I've switched from Racetrack to Classic layout and it's working properly.

    Any idea how to fix it for racetrack as i prefer this layout?

    If firstly I open rush the hud works. If I open a normal table and then open rush tables they don't work.

    This is a known issue. Temporarily use the Classic layout.

    Restart both HM2 and Full Tilt Poker after changing the theme.

    Thank you.
    But the problem is back as ftp has updated software one more time. And hud is not working neither in racetrack nor in classic.

    We would like to see the log file and fastpoker file to see if there is something else happening here.
