    Default PokerStars Spin & Go EV calculated incorrectly

    Hey there,

    seems like the Spin & Go EV is calculated incorrectly. The problem is that HM2 disregards the size of the actual prize pool UNLESS you actually win the game. So, if for example in a $30 Spin & Go the prize pool of a tournament is $300, it's still considered to be $86.4 for EV-calculations (Total buy-ins - Total rake by all players) unless you finish 1st.

    Could this be fixed so that HM2 is forced to read the actual size of the prize pool from the Tourney Summary?

    Please send us some HH/TS files for some of these games. Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.


    When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    Please do. We have a ticket for the HUD placement and seating issues open but I don't see a ticket yet for the EV issues so we need HH/TS files sent in for testing with a detailed description of the problem.

    It is still an open ticket. EV tickets are than priority than issues that affect actual results, HUD problems and all the recent unexpected site updates so we can't give any sort of ETA for this issue. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
