    Default ZOOM problem

    Hi,
    yesterday I have reinstaled my system (win 7). I have instaled fresh one with other programs. After that my HUD doesnt work on more than one zoom tables.

    - Close HM2 and PokerStars.
    - Please update to the latest internal beta version with has the newest starscommunicator.hm2 file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

    If you continue to have problems:
    - Close HM2 and PokerStars.
    - Please download and unzip this file to a new folder - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...gDllsAug21.zip
    - Copy the 2 files from the new folder and paste them in to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\ folder and over-write the 2 existing files when prompted.
    - Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu
    - Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

    *We are working on making this zoom logging process simpler in a future update.

    my zoom also stopped working for the 3 or 4th time in 6 weeks

    I have done every thing you had written. Still have HUD only on one table.

    Done all these things, still doesn't work. My drop down HUD menu shows on the table, but without anything else showing.

    I cannot find any recent emails from your forum email address. If you have sent a hud report from a different email, please email us from it as well as requested.

    I also did not find an email from you with a link to this thread. We need the information requested at the end of the post you quoted above.
