    Default HM2 won't start after NC update

    Hey guys,

    I have recently tried to download a new version of Note Caddy. Unfortunately, the server timed out and when I tried to run HM2 afterwards it would not load.

    I have also just updated my HM2 to the newest version if that could be a reason.

    Run the update again: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

    If that doesn't resolve it, reinstall with the full installer first.

    I also made the NC update but in contrast to OP it went through (no server time out).
    But still, HM2 crashes immediately after starting.
    How can I roll back Notecaddy to the previous version?

    Default HUD still missing

    Ok, HM2 actually loads but the HUD does not work anymore. I have checked the Active Session tab and HM2 is able to derive the Hand History. It is just that the HUD does not show up. Any idea why?

    Playing Zoom on PokerStars?

    The temporary solution is to downgrade the PokerStars client:


    1. Close PokerStars
    2. Rollback pokerstars
    - a) navigate to pokerstars directory (ex; C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars.EU)
    - b) copy contents inside the /backup folder (all files and folders)
    - c) paste contents into pokerstars directory (overwriting all files/folders)
    4. Load pokerstars through PokerStars.exe within the PokerStars directory (run it as administrator!)
    (don't run PokerStars from the desktop shortcut which directs to PoKerStarsOnlineUpdate.exe!)

    I have done so. I am now playing PokerStars 6 (Build: 8405) and it does not work for me still. Any other idea what could help?

    8405 is already an updated client. PokerStars had two updates already.
