    Default Pokerstars.es HUD dislocation problem

After a recent pokerstars.es update I have a problem with HEM2 HUD stats being locating in the incorrect place.

Sometimes a couple of hands all stats are well placed and sometimes, for no apparent reason, it misplaces.

In this example the two upper tables are fine, but on the leftbottom table, the stats from the guy on my right are placed to the left and in the bottom right table the top right guy got two HUDs

The next hand it may be OK again, and a couple hands later something else is reversed. I see no system in it

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

    1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
    2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
    3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

    Gabe:
HEM2 does not work on tables with accented names, i,e: zoom tables Velázquez, Dalí...

I do not have an ETA on the timeline for this being fixed.

I have added your email to the list to be notified when it is resolved.

The internal # for future reference is 6930

This accent in the table name has been there forever and I have played 60K hands at Dalí tables without problems.

It is after the recent Pokerstars update that is has gone bad. It is driving me insane, every other hand the HUD has jumped to another spot, sometimes 3 overlapping each other. I can't play poker like that.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
    - Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
    - Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support572

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com to let us know that you also sent a hud error report.

If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

Thanks, I will do that later.

It seems by the way, that at NL10 I do not have these problems currently and the names of the NL10 tables have no accent. So the problem appears to be related with the accents but also with the recent upgrade.

Dalí and Velázquez are rcognized as 9 handed table. Some guys make a workaround selecting each time the table size.
Thanxs god the table Gaudí is misspelled.... lol.

In pokerstrategy.com there's a thread about it started in August 2013... old issue.

Old issue - I wonder why it never bothered me before then.

How does this workaround work exactly?

If you click on the table hud gear icon you can pick the table size for each table in the table hud options menu.
