HM doesn't importing some hands

Hi!I'm sorry for my english but I'm italian.

So,I want tell to you an error in HM1 and HM2.
Hm work correctly but when the time is hh:00 o'clock (for example 3:00,14:00,20:00)HM doesn't importing the hands played in that time.This problem is with bossmedia client.

I hope you understand.This problem is older 3 month.Is possible correct this?Thank you
