    Default Buttons missing

    Hi.
    Sometimes the minimize, close and maximize buttons disappear:

    I can go to the place were they shoulb be and perform the action, but i have to guess the correct place..
    Having this problem for sometime already.

    Do you have a dual monitor setup?
    If yes, do you have the same issue if you move the HoldemManager2 window to your other monitor?

    The same with AERO, DPI was already at 100%..

    Are you using a custom windows theme? The header looks unusually black. If you choose a default windows theme can you see the buttons?

    Yes, im using windows 7 Aero theme.
    Its weird that sometimes its normal and some aint. For example now it was normal (maximized), i minimize and the buttons disappear, i maximize again and still no buttons. I close HM2, open again and its normal now, minimized, maximized, and both monitors working well. Its only sometimes, i couldnt figure out a pattern yet..

    1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
    2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver
    3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
    4 - Turn on Windows Aero in Display Settings.
    5 - Set desktop theme to basic or default

    Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.


    Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
    First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues:

    Step 2 – Uninstall and reinstall HM2 with Revo uninstaller:
    Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Doing a revo uninstall also removes old registry file information which might have become corrupt. You can download the free version here: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems and there is a useful tutorial how to use it here:

    Uninstall Holdem Manager 2 via Revo unistaller and then reinstall this version:

    Please add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions and run it as Administrator.
