Plate information flying around?

Its just wierd, the plates with informations swaps with other players... even i did remove the name and getting information about maniacks being rocks put the name options and saw the plates just swaps with other players

started when i adjust them once..

happnes like 1/10 of the tables, damn.

i put them into places, but when new players come/ or it moves me to other table, it is a mess again

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager



- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

Turn off auto center in Stars' options - preferred seat.

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

I just figure it out that the problem started, after i hit the ticks "auto-center" in preferred seat on pokerstars.

steps by steps what i did

1. closed HM and deleted the 2 pref files in conf folder
2. set in HM seating position to " - " none (was 1 )

3.imported back the export file for the hud settings
4. unmarked the 2 tips for auto seat in pokerstars
5. checked the time

the results is.. not working again

i`m probably doing something wrong
btw when i hit earlier the <- -> i managed them to go in places.. later when tried on new table pop up show with text "You need to play some hands, so we can see where are you sitting"

maybe a reinstall of the program will work? i just need to save the info about other players.. never had such problems.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off

ok again steps by steps

1. Never had problems with firewall it is turned off, but i add those 2 files.
2. Saved all hands etc and backed up the whole windows to image file with 2 months ago (with pokerstars preinstaled). I did coppy hand infromation from old windows and HM folder and paste it in the new window`s folder (HM2Archive)

3.Updated HM + framework (it was latest version instaled 4.5)
4. Uninstaled pokerstars, delete all files in users/appdata
5. Instaled pokerstars, didnt imported nothing, set pref seat (5)
6. Tried to set pref seat on updated HM, can`t it auto resets and writes some stuff, making screenshot

the results is in holdem 7/9 names are in right places, but when a player get out from the table, the plate stays there. also doesnt show information about my self and seems to be bugged again.

never had such problems, thinking of formating the whole windows and instaling all, without importing anything.. damn.

Did you uncheck auto center in both cash and tourney?

If not, you need to.

yes i unchecked and didn't helped.

formated whole C: and installed windows from scratch, framework, everything.. now work, but is a hell of a bug.
